Paula has 20 years of recruiting experience in both the corporate environment as well as in the non-profit arena.  Prior to the establishment of Sine Consulting she was a partner at one of the largest privately held recruiting firms in the country.  There she founded the Architecture, Engineering and Construction Practice Group.  This group was a top performer for many years within the organization.  Paula is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and is an active member in the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). 

Paula has a diverse client base including, Cannon Design, Kling/Stubbins, Arrowstreet, Tsoi/Kobus & Associates and HOK. 

Prior to the establishment of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction Practice Group Paula ran a Generalist Practice focusing in Manufacturing.  She spent nine years marketing and recruiting for a non-profit organization in Providence, RI.

Paula was recognized on numerous occasions for her outstanding accomplishments earning Super Presidents Club, Presidents Club Awards of Excellence.  She also earned the  prestigious Nancy J. Chapman International Award which is awarded yearly to highlight the top talent in donor recruitment worldwide.

Paula attended the Community College of Rhode Island where she was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.  She also attended Bryant University where she majored in Marketing.

In addition to Paula’s accomplishments in her profession, she is an active member of the Great Dane Club of New England, Great Dane Rescue, and is involved in many community organizations.
